  2. If not, say No (or press 2).
    • Do you have the parcel reference number? The parcel reference, or tracking number, is the 12-19 digit number that may start with a letter or the number 8.
      1. If you have a parcel reference number, which may begin with a J or the number 8 for example, say Yes (or press 1).
      2. If not, say No (or press 2).
