- To make a new claim for benefit, or if you have claimed within the last 26 weeks and wish to claim again, press 1.
- If you have already made your claim online, and not been notified about your appointment at the job centre, press 2.
- For the telephone you need to enquire about a claim you’ve already made, including Jobseeker’s Allowance claims made online, press 3.
- For the telephone number you need for help finding work, press 4.
If you have recently made a claim for Jobseeker’s Allowance online, please allow 48 hours from the time you made your claim before you contact us for an update.
- If you are claiming because you have an illness or disability that means you are unable to work, press 1.
- For all other new claims, press 2.
