UK phone numbers which start with an 0121 area code are designated by default to the city of Birmingham, which is the second most-populated metropolitan region after the capital city of London. They are charged at ‘local rates’ which means you will be able to call them for free if you get inclusive minutes on your pay as you go, pay monthly or landline tariff with Vodafone. However if you run out of minutes you will have to pay a per-minute rate alongside an access charge.
