Although 0370 numbers are not usually free to call you may use your inclusive minutes balance instead of paying the standard monetary charges, otherwise you will have to pay a per-minute rate and access charge determined by your provider.
What are 0370 numbers
0370 numbers are national helplines used by charities, private companies and government bodies. Their use became more prevalent following the change in Ofcom legislation in 2015 which forced many companies to abandon their more expensive 084 and 087 hotlines. Many organisations chose to switch their 0870 numbers to 0370 prefixes as this only changed one digit, making it easier to retain their regular customers.
